Tulsa County Jail Roster Overview
The main Tulsa County inmate records tool is the 365Labs Community Portal inmate list used by the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office. TCSO's detention page still references inmate information center links, but the old IIC page now states that the Tulsa County IIC has been replaced and routes users to the newer portal. The roster is public and free. In a normal browser session, a captcha can appear before the form loads.
The county roster is best for David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center records. It can also show city holds, tribal holds, DOC holds, ICE holds, U.S. Marshals detainers, and other agency holds when the person is physically booked into the county jail. It does not replace the City of Tulsa municipal jail directory, Oklahoma Department of Corrections search, federal BOP locator, ICE ODLS, or OSCN court docket search. Those systems answer different custody and case questions.
The TCSO jail information page gives the booking, visitation, mail, property, and trust-account context that should be checked after an inmate record is found.
That official jail page is useful when a search result is found but the next step is a visit, letter, property pickup, or deposit.
Use the Tulsa County Roster
A useful search starts with the person's name, booking number, or approximate booking date. The roster form has separate filters for recent bookings, all current inmates, and recent releases. Recent and recent-release filters cover the last 48 hours in the inspected form, which is important when a family member was booked or released very recently.
- Open the 365Labs inmate list linked from TCSO detention resources.
- Select Recent, All, or Recent Releases before entering name fields.
- Search by last name and add first name when results are broad.
- Use Booking No. when the jail or court has already given a number.
- Open the detail popup to read charges, bond amounts, release date, warrant numbers, and holds.
- Use Refresh or call David L. Moss when a booking is too new to appear.
Note: A person held only at Tulsa Municipal Jail may not appear in the county roster until transferred or booked at David L. Moss.

Tulsa County Inmate Profile Fields
A Tulsa County inmate record has a list view and a detail view. The list view shows name, gender/race, date of birth, age, booking date, and booking number. The popup adds release date, address field, booking photo when available, and a booking charges array. Booking and Intake Records
After an arrest in Tulsa County, law enforcement brings the person to David L. Moss for booking when county or state charges are involved. Booking staff receive paperwork from the arresting officer and are told about behavior and medical condition. If treatment is needed before jail admission, the jail may reject the prisoner until medical care is completed and the person is cleared for admission.

After an inmate record confirms custody, visitation rules depend on the facility. David L. Moss on-site visitation is non-contact and limited to documented immediate relatives. Friends and fiances are not listed as eligible on-site visitors. A visitor request form must be submitted before scheduling. The city jail page identifies attorney visitation rooms but did not provide a public family-visit schedule in the reviewed source.

Mail Phone and Money
David L. Moss mail should use the inmate's full name and DLM number, c/o David L. Moss, 300 N Denver Ave., Tulsa, OK 74103. The handbook allows letters and postcards, certain cards, small photographs, newspapers from the publisher, and books from approved fulfillment sources. It bars many contraband-risk items, including cash, personal checks, stamps, stickers, padded envelopes, food, and sexually explicit or gang-related material.
